The MCFSC Mission Statement

"To provide a fun and committed environment that allows figure skaters of all ages and abilities to practice, improve, and display their skills."

Members

All advanced ice skaters at MCFSC are required to be members of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA). Your joint MCFSC/USFSA membership gives the right to test and compete through USFSA. The “SKATING" magazine is included in your USFSA membership dues and is sent to your doorstep each month.

Our Coaches

The MCFSC coaches are professional, independent contractors who deliver quality instruction at the basic level, senior level and everywhere in between. Our coaches are certified through the USFSA and have been approved by the MCFSC board of directors. Our skaters benefit from their strong skating background, professionalism, commitment and educational backgrounds.

Contact the coach of your choice directly to find out their rates and availability. Together, you and your coach will determine the amount of lessons and ice time you or your child need to reach your own personal skating goals. To find out more about professional coaching in general, please visit www.skatepsa.com.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meet monthly in the Maysa Arena Board Room. In case of any last minute changes, the exact date, time and location are e-mailed out to the membership each month. Agenda requests must be submitted in writing 24 hours prior to the scheduled board meeting. We greatly appreciate when our members read through our club’s Policies, Procedures and Bylaws. Thank you!
